Worship Pastor
Sterling is passionate about helping people connect with the Spirit of God and experience new life through Jesus. With 15 years of ministry experience as a worship pastor, Sterling felt called to serve as a hospice chaplain and has been ministering in both hospice and church worship settings for the past 2 years. He has been happily married to his high school sweetheart for 15 years, and together they have four children (three daughters and one son). Sterling is excited to be part of the ministry at The Ridge and loves witnessing God’s power through worship.
